Our 3rd visit to this amazing holiday house just a perfect relaxing home from home, enjoyed by 3 generations of our family. The pool and games room were very popular especially on the damp misty days. The house was spotlessly clean equipped with everything you could possibly need and more! The owners were so helpful promptly answering our messages and all the people working around the house were very friendly. Lots of places to visit Kingsbridge for crabbing, the many beaches, Woodlands and shopping at the Aune Valley farm shop, the Chilli farm and great hot chocolate at the Ring Feeder café just up the road. We will be back!...

Aveton is a wonderful farmhouse for a 3 generation family holiday, it is in a beautiful location with swifts soaring round and sparrows nesting in the eaves and pipistrelle bats flying round the patio in the evening. A deer came to visit the garden and a fox. The pool was enjoyed every day, it is all extremely well cared for. We had a supermarket delivery and we all cooked a meal, the kitchen has everything so it was very easy and relaxed to cater for 10 Many thanks for the welcome flowers and cakes, etc....

A fantastic property with beautiful surroundings, the swimming pool and gym were very well received. The games room was also excellent. Having never used an aga before the instructions left were very clear and easy to follow. The 2 living rooms were more than adequate for the 12 of us and being a multigenerational family there was always a quiet spot to be found. I would recommend this property....
