Heligan Gardens are a short drive away and well worth a visit, especially in the spring.

A very comfortable and well equipped cottage with private parking. Convenient to the town and the many excellent pubs and restaurants. Very easy to take the ferry to Polruan and Mevagissey.

The house is very well appointed and centrally located. We found the property spotlessly clean, with a bottle of wine, pint of milk and welcome card on arrival. Overall, we were very comfortable and Fowey is a wonderful Cornish coastal village to visit with much to do in the surrounding area. Recommend the riverside walk: Fowey - Polruan - Bodinnick. Also the South-West Coast part runs through the town. There is parking and the property can be recommended as place to stay in Fowey. ...

Another unique and brilliant stay with Classic Cottages. Loved Vougeot cottage, it was in a quiet location but close to Fowey harbour. A great base to explore the likes of Charlestown, or even hop on the ferry to Polruan.

Such a cosy, comfortable home to come come back to each day...lots of space with a great fully fitted kitchen with everything you could want to cook your own meals.... definitely somewhere I would book again in the future.
