Open daily during daylight hours, Clun Castle sits proudly on a rocky mound overlooking the picturesque town of Clun. Parking is free and you are welcome to explore however please note the castle grounds have steep slopes and uneven ground so sturdy footwear is recommended.
Situated close to Clun Castle, The White Horse Inn is a traditional pub serving real ales, several of which are brewed in their own on-site microbrewery, and home cooked meals. If you'd prefer to dine at home, a takeaway service is available.
The Postcard Cafe sits is a beautiful location on the 15th century Clun Bridge. Open daily (closed Monday and Tuesday), the cafe serves home made treats and freshly made cakes throughout the day.
Take the track from a small car park to the right of the gates and enter 6 hectares of footpaths and walking trails through the reserve. Once part of the sewage farm next door, the site was re-modelled in 1996 and is now home to a variety of wading birds and otters. Dogs are welcome on a lead.
