Kynance was perfect for a holiday for two. The cottage was very comfortable and only a minutes walk to the Old Inn. Mullion is a lovely town and close to the coast to access walks along the coastal path. The walk to Porthleven was superb. Also the local bus service is great if you don’t want to be driving around all week. A visit to the Blue Anchor in Helston is essential. ...

The owner kindly rang us shortly after we arrived to check everything was in order. We appreciated the welcome tea and scones and other goodies. Kitchen was very well equipped, much better than other cottages (not Classic) that we have stayed in. We also liked the fact that the property had a bath, when so many smaller properties seem to have just a shower....

Made to feel very welcome with the cream tea laid out, flowers and chocolates. We hadn't expected all the extras eg milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, tissues etc These were very much appreciated. The accommodation was very quiet, just what we needed.
