A lovely, traditional cottage in the countryside. Exceptionally clean with plenty of space and a big garden. A good base to explore the south.

Lower Trenower is a lovely, light, spacious cottage. It was beautifully clean and we felt very comfortable there and had everything we needed. The lovely owners Jane and Stephen made us feel very welcome and we were delighted to find a delicious homemade chocolate cake waiting for us on the table and milk in the fridge on arrival. We all really enjoyed watching the daily goings-on at the dairy farm and the beautiful sunsets through the lovely big windows in the bedrooms. The beautifully-kept garden is a wonderful asset to the cottage and our children would have happily spent all day playing on the swings, slide and trampoline. We were able to keep an eye on them while preparing food in the kitchen. The cottage is well-located, with lots of lovely local areas to visit. We enjoyed a day out at the Lizard, walks along the beautiful Helford river, and trips a bit further afield to Penzance and St Michael's Mount. We always looked forward to returning to the cottage at the end of each day and wished we could stay longer!...

Lovely, well equipped and spacious cottage with friendly hosts Jane & Steve who gave us helpful advice on the best beaches to visit depending on the weather and tides. Chocolate cake on arrival, a delightful garden with patio area and play equipment. A working dairy farm - children can watch the cows patiently waiting to be milked and tractors from their bedroom window. A superb break where we looked forward to returning to our holiday home at the end of each day. ...

This is a lovely comfortable home from home - very spacious, light and airy. It is thoughtfully furnished and equipped, and immaculately presented. The garden is huge and would be a delight for small children - we used it mainly to enjoy the wonderfully dark starry sky. The owners were friendly and welcoming (and gave us a delicious homemade cake). Although there is lots of activity in the farmyard, both house and garden feel private and peaceful. We love the landscapes and coastal walks of the Lizard, and this was a great base from which to enjoy it....

A pretty cottage in a peaceful, central location for easily accessing all of the Lizard peninsular. Very friendly, helpful, but unobtrusive owners Jane and Stephen who were happy to give insights into working life on their dairy farm.
