The Garden Flat sits below the owners' home. They have a completely separate entrance and garden so you can enjoy your own space.

You have your own private parking-area to the side of Seascape-The Garden Flat, a real bonus for Polruan.
Arrive in style as you take the Bodinnick Car Ferry from Fowey to Polruan. There is also a foot ferry direct from Polruan to Fowey.
Right on the quayside The Lugger Inn is one of two traditional pubs in Polruan.
Polruan has a wonderful setting right on the headland at the mouth of the River Fowey.
The working fishing town of Looe provides traditional seaside charm where you can try your luck at crab, mackerel or even deep sea shark fishing.
At Lanhydrock (National Trust) you can explore the historic house, gardens and parkland or take to two wheels along the cycle trails.

We had a lovely time at Seascapes Garden Flat and with the glorious sunshine it was wonderful to sit out on the patio after our excursions. Everything we needed for our stay was provided and the kitchen is fully equipped. The good location contributed to a good night's sleep. What we missed was a larger mirror above the washbasin, as the small mirror in the corner cupboard was not sufficient. Some brighter light in the bathroom would also be an advantage. A spare roll of toilet paper should not be missing. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Seascapes despite the somewhat basic furnishings. Irene and Dirk from Bad Saulgau, Southern Germany ...

This property offers a good opportunity to explore Polruan and Fowey (just a short ferry journey from Polruan) without using the car but the walk back up the hill (known locally as the Polruan Plod) takes around 20 minutes. The sea views are amazing and we enjoyed watching boats of all sizes coming and going from the garden patio. The property has almost everything you'll need to to have a reasonably comfortable stay. The bathroom is on the small side but all other areas are very spacious. Parking is off road and very close to the back door. Fowey is a lovely little place and some very good pubs and restaurants with a small convenience store. ...
