This is a comfortable, warm and very well equipped house with a large enclosed garden. It is well situated for exploring the many rocky coves and sandy beaches in this part of North Cornwall. Bodmin Moor is close by, with wonderful walks and the Camel Trail makes interesting and easy walking or cycling; there being several places along this route to hire bikes if you wish. The Bodmin Steam Railway is well worth a visit and don't miss out on the nearby town of Wadebridge which has some interesting shops ...

We had a wonderfully comfortable and peaceful stay. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds and ideal layout for a three generation family group, with separate areas. Lovely setting, surrounded by fields and with autumn colours from the trees in the grounds - enjoyable whatever the weather. We had to arrive in the dark and rain and did find the instructions a bit vague on distances before the turning, which meant we missed it, but reverting to what3words as suggested did the trick. Thank you for a great half term break. We will return. ...

Excellent comfortable property well located about 20-30 mins drive from Polzeath, port Issac and Padstow etc. The laundry room has uncarpeted paved floor making it suitable for dogs in beds overnight. Lovely views from living room and 2 bedrooms facing south out across fields. ...
