A superb, spacious cottage recently refurbished to the highest standard. Lots of character and history. Location could not be bettered. Ideally situated for all the amenities in Topsham, e.g. inns and restaurants, shops etc. The views to the river are a treat, especially from the garden and summer house. Take your binoculars if you like bird and boat watching. A big plus is the allocated parking for up to 2 cars, as parking in Topsham can be very difficult....
