River View Cottage is in an idyllic position for both walking and cycling straight from the door. It is well equipped with a lovely garden bordering the river. We had a lovely meal at the Anglers Inn, a mile down the road. Good communication from the owners and a fantastic welcome hamper from them. We would wholly recommend this cottage and will be making a return visit....

The cottage was absolutely spotless and every need catered for. Location was great for long walks and amazing scenery with the Monsal trail just across the bridge right outside the cottage. The local is about a mile walk ( don’t forget your torch )which served good food and with very friendly staff. Would highly recommend River Garden Cottage....
