There is plenty of parking at this beautiful abode. You also have a shed in which you can store your bikes and surf boards. There is also an outdoor tap which is perfect for rinsing off muddy paws.
The communal games-room is located near the orchard, just across the country lane from Swallows Rest.
Take a leisurely stroll along the River Gannel at Newquay.
Why not have a go at paddle boarding. Newquay has lots of options for all abilities.
Newquay is only four miles away, and has lots of amenities and activities to keep the whole family entertained.
St Agnes is a short drive away, and has a wonderful cove you can splash about in all day long.
Cornwall is famous for its beachside cafes, all serving delicious locally-sourced food and drinks!

Swallows Rest is a great property with well equipped kitchen. Extremely comfortable beds and furnishings are so cosy! Best place!! Close to many great beaches. Games room was great fun!

The property was as described the house was very comfortable and so where the beds. Position was idea for exploring both coasts. Liz the owner could not have done anything else for us. Only down side was the pub was not in walking distance. The house made up for it and the peace and tranquillity was brilliant a great say. ...

Wonderful property in a peaceful location, but not too far from the North Coast beaches. The owner really has thought of everything, especially in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds and both bedrooms have a TV. Lovely to have sole use of a field for the dogs. Would highly recommend this place. ...
