It was truly a lovely getaway for a few days. The property was presented beautifully with a spacious bedroom and modern kitchen/bathroom with a lovely decking area to look over the lovely views from the property. Alongside this there is a relaxing hot tub which is lovely to spend an evening in. The owners were very friendly greeting us on arrival with some amazing scones. There is plenty of privacy and it was a lovely few days away relaxing. The property is very close to nearby towns with plenty of things to do including lovely restaurants and beaches. We wish we could stay longer but will definitely be back. ...

Birdsong was exactly what my partner and I were looking for, a romantic cosy retreat in an ideal location. The furnishings were lovely and the scenery was just stunning. The facilities were excellent and our hosts were incredibly friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel at home. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after exploring the coastal Cornish towns, and we always had a great nights sleep in the most comfortable bed. My only regret is that we weren't able to stay for longer....

We had a beautiful stay at Birdsong in May. It was rustic luxury in a tranquil setting. The owners were really knowledgeable and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do in the local area. They also gave us access to the games section of their work shop. We had such a great time that we ended up extending our stay. The hot tub was perfect The value for money was exceptional. Wow, what a gorgeous place! A perfect mix for a relaxing get away and a great location to explore Cornwall. The hosts, Darren and Wendy, were so welcoming and helpful and the scones were delicious! The shepherd's hut is beautifully presented with everything you need, super comfy bed for a great night's sleep with a private hot tub, fire pit and covered terrace so you can make the most of the tranquil surroundings. Loved every second and could quite easily have stayed a lot longer - certainly worth a visit and somewhere we would definitely come back to. ...
