Bedroom two can be made up as a twin room, or a king-sized double on request.

We enjoyed our stay at the Swallows, very relaxing and comfortable. Everything you need is there. It is rural and you will need to drive to get anywhere.

Stunning accommodation! Beautiful remote location - but be prepared to travel to reach kids’ attractions. No pub or restaurant within walking distance but beautifully quiet and tranquil. It really is a stunning place isn't it? Being in a rural location, close to Dartmoor, it is a perfect base for some lovely hikes, but you will indeed need to drive to any of the local attractions. We were blown away by this property and had a wonderful stay. It was perfect for us as a family of 5 with boys of different ages. The children throughly enjoyed the games room, playing football and nights sat outside having a BBQ….just what we all needed. There were some lovely places to visit nearby and the outdoor lido was a huge hit! This is a magical get away from it all location for both adults, kids and superb for a well behaved dog with it's grounds. The conversion has been done so well, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break. Spreyton near by is a great Inn for real ales and food with very attentive Landlord and daughter with staff, so welcoming with your dog....
