Manor Cottage is a quaint, old fashioned style cottage, set in the spectacular village of St Mawes. It overlooks the harbour and you can sit outside and watch the world go by. It is very clean, comfortable and homely.

The highlight of Manor Cottage is its location on the bustling little harbour and it’s what made us return for a second visit. We loved sitting on the little bench in front of the cottage watching the world go by. There aren’t many holiday cottages that are just paces away from a bakery, a fresh fish stall, a Co op, pub and two beaches! You couldn’t ask for more! The wonderful weather was the icing on the cake and we look forward to our next visit. The four star rating is because of the location....

Excellent, we would definitely use classic cottages in the future.

We had such a lovely week’s stay at Manor Cottage. The location is perfect if you want to be in the centre of things and the little terrace in front of the cottage with bench and table was the perfect place to watch the world go by! Everything we needed, including pubs, restaurants, fresh fish stall and the little Co-Op were all just a few minutes walk from the cottage. We have already booked for next year so what more can I say!...

Such a beautiful cosy little cottage, right on the quayside in stunning St Mawes, where you are treated to amazing sunrises over the sea . This was a perfect place an autumnal short break, and the welcome bottle of fizz was a lovely touch. The cottage had everything you could need including a radio in the kitchen - quite rare now! It was convenient for great pubs & restaurants in St Mawes and the supermarket was just a few steps away. So nice not to have to drive to get a decent meal or provisions. Sparkling cream tea at The Idle Rocks was superb, and the chips from the Watch Out are just amazing! Very easy to get the ferry to Falmouth and nice to have a day without the car. I can imagine in summer parking is hard but we had no issues - parked in the main carpark about 4 mins walk away and bought a weekly ticket (£35). It was also fine to unload/load right outside the property so you didn't have to struggle with luggage. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer and explored more - we would have ho hesitation in returning or recommending this lovely cottage in an idyllic place. ...
