The cottage was lovely - a fab mixture of traditional and contemporary, finished to a very high standard. Myself and my family loved it, and we would definitely come back. Colyton was a brilliant base for exploring the coast and fossil hunting, it really does have everything you need. The Seaton tramway is walkable from the house (we have an 11 year old and a 3 year old) and is a fantastic way to get to Seaton....

A wonderfully decorated property that is welcoming and comfortable. Our midwinter stay was the perfect opportunity to enjoy the wood burner and snuggle on the sofa. All of the bedrooms were lovely and comfortable the kitchen was homely space to cook up some delicious diners after some cold wet days hunting for fossils. The butchers in the market place is a must-try the award winning pies, and if you fancy heading out, the Kingfisher is a great friendly local pub....

We fell in love with this cottage, A stunning cottage in a beautiful village. High quality fixtures and fittings, with everything you need. The village has everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend the butchers for a bbq, and the Kingfisher pub for meals out. The tram is a definite must to Seaton going through two nature reserves at which you can get off the tram , a lovely little tea room just down the road from the station....
