Octopus House is an excellent property very close to the front and centre of St Mawes. The only thing to be aware of is the steep road which could be a problem for some people walking back to the property.

If anything you have undersold the property. Superb house and very well equipped. The hill to the house is a challenge but we accepted it as part of the fun and its only 5 minutes - you can drive around if you can be bothered to - we usually didn't.

Wow, wow, wow!! We had such a relaxing week staying in this airy and spacious home, that had everything you needed and more. It literally is so close to the centre of St Mawes, about 5 mins but a little longer coming back up the steep hill. Check out the bakery/cafe on the pier and the deli/cafe in the Arcade. Would we stay here again, definitely! ...
