We really enjoyed our stay at the Old Presbytery. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay, including beach towels!

The Old Presbytery was a lovely spacious, comfortable well appointed property with a good flat safe outside area with colourful garden borders. We were pleased to find the kitchen so well equipped for 8 guests. Plenty of crockery and glasses and the pots, pans, serving dishes etc and were all of a decent size when cooking large quantities. It was also good to have a washing line and clothes airer as we were staying for 2 weeks. So often hooks for coats etc are missing, not in this property as there were enough hooks everywhere and plenty of room to hang coats and store bags and footwear in the hall way. We felt it was a very relaxing holiday home where the 7 of us could easily move around and not feel on top of each other. It is positioned in a quiet area of Braunton but has easy access to all main roads and is positioned well for visiting the many nearby tourist attractions, museums, beaches, going for walks and cycling etc. The list is endless and kept us occupied every day for a fortnight. The games, puzzles and huge box of Lego in the property were also well received as was the welcome box of goodies. The accommodation allowed for one member of our group to use the desk in the snug to 'work from home' during the second week. A great holiday, in this lovely property, was had by all 3 generations which included 2 boys aged 7 & 9 Yrs....

As a family group with 3 generations, we very much enjoyed the comfortable , homely feel of The Old Presbytery and especially enjoyed the welcome pack(Cream Tea components) that was waiting for us. The weather was not the kindest during our stay, but this did not hamper our visits to both Clovelly and Exmoor Zoo as well as the nearby Honey Farm. A wonderful carvery lunch was had at the nearby Williams Arms - although it was extremely busy so booking is definitely recommended. This is definitely a place we would consider visiting again. Thank you....

Very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped property with a layout that works perfectly for a 3-generation holiday. The location in Braunton is quiet and tranquil. Braunton itself has a lot to offer and is a brilliant location from which to easily and quickly explore North Devon - so much to see and do within a 45 minute drive. The owner and housekeeper were very helpful and accommodating at all times - thank you. We love this house and I’m certain we will return. ...
