Delightful open plan cottage for two, perfectly situated to explore East Sussex. It is quiet and relaxed, with an excellent pub a mile or so away (sadly uphill on the way back!). We didn’t know the area so enjoyed exploring the Ashdown Forest and a few of the local castles and villages....

We had a fabulous time staying at the tea hut! The accommodation was exactly what we needed for our break with our baby. The peace at night was very welcoming and the woodland walks during the day were breathtaking.

Lovely place to stay, well furnished and very clean. The grounds were also lovely with local walks & pubs to visit, as well as Ashdown Forest a little further down the road.
