The hot tub was lovely, the scenery was fabulous, and we saw a deer during our stay.

This is the second time we have now stayed at this property and it always exceeds out expectations. This is our happy place. There is plenty of privacy, it's perfectly set up for two people, plenty of equipment, a hot tub and stunning views. We both woke up really early one morning and managed to spot some tawny owls swooping round the front of the property! Sunday we popped down to the local farm shop, and they actually had a food van serving loaded roast potatos (which of course we had to try). We will be back again! ...

We have stayed at Roe Wood 4 times now. It is the perfect place if you want peace and quiet and time to just chill and relax. There are lovely walks around the woods or plenty of beaches and towns to explore a short drive away. In the evening you can hear the owls and we saw a bat this time too. Stargazing and spotting shooting stars from the hot tub is always fun. Everything is spotless and always plenty of wood for the fire. If there are any small problems Jo the owner is always very helpful. We're already looking to come back in the new year....
