Felt like a real home, very cosy. House was always warm with plenty of hot water available.Liked all the brochures and tip books on local walks and where to visit. Local walks are superb.As a family the open plan kitchen, dining room worked really well.Kitchen had excellent equipment and children enjoyed the various board games that were available to use.We have an estate car and was initially concerned about lack of parking options but soon found out reasonably easy to find street parking close to the property.Property is in a great location with easy access to Fowey, Polperro, Looe, The Eden Project and Lanhydrock House. We had a lovely holiday at Prynn House and would definitely consider staying again next time we visit beautiful Cornwall....

This is a lovely cottage. It is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Lerryn is so pretty and there are many walks from the cottage. It is also well situated to get to Fowey, Looe, Polperro, Bodmin Moor and many other places of interest. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. ...

We love this cottage - the garden is amazing and the main attraction but the house is also very comfortable and full of character. Stunning garden with beautiful views. Well equipped and fun things to do - table tennis, trampoline and a pub right next door. Lerryn is a hidden gem as it somehow manages to be peaceful and lively at the same time. The estuary gives the place a different feel every day, attracting kayakers, cyclists and a lot of dog walkers. We have completely fallen in love with the village and beautiful house and garden....

A lovely cottage in a superb location. The living space is quite small and only seating for 5 in the sitting room which is a shame. Beautiful garden which we thoroughly enjoyed.
