The Cowshed is a very well- equipped, comfortable cottage, conveniently located for all the attractions on the Lizard and local amenities. We spent Easter here this year, when the weather was challenging to say the least, but the cottage was lovely to return to after blustery days on the cliffs and beaches. The lounge area is very cosy, with a highly efficient, modern wood burner. The owners provided a big basket of well- seasoned, fragrant logs too. The cottage was warm throughout and there was always plenty of hot water for showers and a good soak in the bath. The Cow Shed was also spotlessly clean on arrival, with flowers, chocolates and milk in the fridge. A very peaceful, rustic location, with just a very short drive to beautiful Cadgwith, Mullion, Poldhu, Kynance and Church Coves, Lizard Point and the picturesque harbour of Porthleven. We would have no hesitation in recommending this cottage and would be happy to return. ...

The Cow Shed is a beautiful property in a lovely area of Cornwall. It has everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. This was our second visit and certainly won’t be our last.

Lovely barn conversion situated in the peaceful Cornish countryside with good access by car to local shops, restaurant's, harbours, beaches and fantastic costal paths and views of the surrounding landscapes and seas.

Great property in a fantastic location for exploring the Lizard penninsula. Light, airy, modern and well equipped. Porthleven, St Michael’s Mount and the Minack Theatre are all worth a visit too.
