Beautifully positioned and equipped double glazed house with the beach across the road. Garden and lawn well kept with comfortable table and six sturdy chairs. Kitchen lacks no equipment or utensils including good quality matching china, and ample saucepans etc. Dining room with large table and chairs for six. Sitting room has 2 three seat sofas and 2 fully upholstered armchairs + foot-rest. Good supply of childrens’ books and games as also for adults. Bedrooms have plenty of storage with comfortable beds, mattresses and pillows Double bedroom upstairs with views across the Solent to Portsmouth. Bathroom with shower over the bath and WC upstairs, Shower room and separate WC downstairs. Parking for one car on the premises. An excellent and well equipped property with an unrivalled position on the seafront just a few paces from the beach. Off road parking included.
