The bathroom is large and very glamorous with a choice of coloured lights over the bath.
The ground floor bedroom has a 6ft 'zip and link' bed which can also be made up as two 3ft single beds on request.
The open plan living-room with areas to cook, eat and relax.
Mornings, afternoon and evenings, relax with those uninterrupted views.
Pandora is a stylish semi-detached house in a class all of its own.
The study/playroom also has wonderful views which may be a bit distracting!

Watch the surfers from the balcony terrace if you prefer to stay dry, or why not join them in the clear blue waters.

The large deck area is accessed from both the main bedroom and the study, there is also a path at the end of the garden that gets you to the beach without having to go back up to the lane.
Stay home for a while and pull up a deck chair.
This has to be one of the best views in Praa Sands.
There is room to dine in the kitchen or you can move the table out onto the fabulous deck.
The useful utility-room is located just off the kitchen and has a washing machine and tumble-drier.

The main bedroom is beautifully furnished, this is a calm and relaxing space where you can fall asleep to the sound of the sea.
This bedroom also has a spectacular view.

The lower ground study/playroom is a useful space for some quiet time working, reading or just relaxing.

Two of the most comfortable chairs with individual foot rests and a large sofa mean that you can sit together with your feet up for maximum relaxation after a busy day out.
There is parking for two cars in front of the garage with steps to the house in the far corner.
The foodie destination of Porthleven harbour is only five miles or a ten minute drive away.
Walk the causeway to St Michael's Mount in nearby Marazion.
The bustling historic fishing harbour in Newlyn.
Buy the freshest catch of the day, landed in Newlyn, if you feel like having a dish prepared for you, there is a great choice of excellent restaurants in the area.
The pretty fishing village of Mousehole, a traditional fishing village full of smugglers tales.

Our 3rd stay at Pandora. The views are spectacular and the house is lovely and modern. The kitchen is a joy to cook in as you have that fantastic sea view in front of you. There are new shops in Praa and a cafe too. The walk down to the beach is only 5 mins away. Turn left at the end of the road and keep walking straight ahead towards the sea. There are signs that tell you not to use the closed steps on Praa beach due to a landslide. However, you can access the beach via the coastal path sand dunes, which is the path to the left, after the outside gym equipment area. You do not need to walk all the way down the road to the main car park entrance as the signs tell you to. The beach has a few steps to help you go from the sand dunes to the sea. It was beautiful as all the wild flowers were out, so a sea of pink and white, against the blue ocean. You will be fitter when you leave as the walk back up is all up hill!! We will be returning....

Fantastic property. Superb views. Extremely clean and well equipped. Lovely open plan layout upstairs. Luxury big bathroom and comfy bedrooms. Location perfect for beach walks and beach bar so close. Parking a bonus too. Very helpful housekeeper and Classic Cottages very professional and personal which is just such a bonus these days. ...
