We stayed at Chick cottage with our two young children over May half-term.The cottage was very comfortable and well-eauippped.The location overlooking the sea and minutes from Porthcurnick beach was ideal for us.We did not use our car during our stay-everything was within easy walking distance.We shopped at the near-by farm shop where we bought locally caught lobster and crab.The store in Portscatho and butcher’s had every we needed. We enjoyed meals at the Plume of Feathers and the Boathouse.Morning coffees and croissants were bought at Tatams and we had amazing pizzas from the Tavola. The Hidden Hut on the beach kept the children going with ice lollies and lunches were delicious. We will be returning to Chick cottage....

Probably the best all round self catering accommodation we have ever used. Brilliant location and uninterrupted sea view. 200 yards to the beach (steep road to walk back up) and half a mile from Portscatho with several good eateries within walking distance yet quiet and private. Spacious, comfortable, well equipped with attention to detail. We relaxed amazingly quickly and had a great holiday. Garden perfect for us and the dog....

Beautifully situated and comfy cottage. Quiet and close to the beach and to cliff top walks. Great for a dog-centric holiday. Kitchen exceptionally well equipped.
