The games-room is just next to the front door to Lambs Lawn, in part of one of the farm's barns.
Children and adults will enjoy the table-football!
....and you can challenge each other to a game of table-tennis.
Lambs Lawn has a large enclosed garden which is very private. As well as an area of lawn and a wonderful outside table, there is a special play-area to amuse young children.
Sit back and relax in this fabulous sunny garden.

We had a fantastic long weekend at Lamb's Lawn to celebrate a 50th birthday. The property was perfect for celebrating with a group of friends, the owners were very friendly and accommodating and Honiton was a short taxi ride away for a lovely birthday meal at The Holt. The house itself was spotless, well equipped and felt like a real treat to visit. We would definitely return again....

As group of 10 women friends, we have returned to Lambs Lawn for 5 years in a row for a long weekend and are already booked again for next year. It is in a lovely rural setting but not too far from Honiton, pretty county walks on the doorstep and even the seaside is only half an hour away. The house has everything we need with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, all en suite bedrooms, a wood burning stove, hot tub and games room with a good quality table tennis table. The owners are very helpful and live next door and have sorted out any problems we’ve had (which haven’t been many over the years) very promptly. The garden is completely enclosed and has a little play area so would also be ideal for a family holiday. ...
