Walk along the causeway to St Michael's Mount at low tide and catch the ferry boat back when the tide is high.

Property was immaculate and spotlessly clean can't fault house or facilities. Liked the fact that the owner contacted us personally to make sure everything was ok on our arrival, and when we did have a problem he sorted very speedily. Loved the house and we had a lovely week but Marazion is really not disabled friendly which was disappointing. The locals residents have encouraged us to contact the local council to express our concerns which we will do. The dog friendly beach in front of China Doll House was fantastic (Accessed via steps down side street & passageway from the Copper Spoon cafe) most days we had the whole beach to ourselves absolute paradise. Sandbar Beach Bar at Praa Sands was also great in the evening for food and drink with dogs allowed in the bar/terrace and on the beach after 7pm...

This is a very dog friendly property with a secure garden which made life so easy for us with the dogs and so good with the stair gate to keep them from running upstairs to the living room. We went to the beach every morning before 8 and after 7 every evening and the dogs loved it. The children also loved it and we had many bbqs in the garden enjoying the sea view as well as fish and chips on the beach only a few minutes walk away. Great for exploring the area. We loved it. ...

For info can park a Mazda 6 estate in the parking area but is tight. Not a problem for us however, thought you'd like to know for future reference/queries. It was a great stay.

The China Dolls House is well-placed for the facilities in Marazion and lovely views to St Michael’s Mount from the bay window. However, parking would be a challenge for larger vehicles. Lovely area with plenty to see and do.
