Port Isaac is well worth a visit.
The north coast is quite spectacular.

Trebarwith Strand is only a short drive away.

This place was really nice, the little touches I didn't even notice at first like flowers on the window sill, petty much as in the picture, just made it a real pleasure to stay here. The cottage is so pretty, so rural and so quiet, it is absolutely stunning! It is a stones throw from lively Newquay and right in the middle of things making it a perfect little retreat for the best of all worlds. The owners came to see us on the first day and were absolutly charming, a delightful couple who had seemingly thought of everything to make our stay as pleasurable as possible....

The location of the cottage was very good as we wanted to see the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and a few other gardens. We also went over to North Cornwall.
