Take a trip to Lanhydrock (National Trust) with its grand house and beautiful gardens and hire a bike to explore the network of cycle trails.
The nearby sailing town of Fowey, has a great choice of places to eat and drink along with a good selection of shops.
The world renowned Eden Project is a must.
A little further down the coast discover the historic harbour of Charlestown.

Perfect location for shops, restaurants, walks. Lovely views of the river from most rooms. Lots to do in area, e.g. Restormel Castle, Lanhydrock house. Parking was tricky to negotiate as warned, but manageable with care.

This is a perfect cottage for anyone visiting Cornwall by train. It is in a great location overlooking the river and is very well equipped, clean and comfortable.
