This bedroom has sea views, lie in bed and listen to the crashing waves.
This charming old cottage has lots of little steps up into the bathroom and bedrooms.
Bedroom 3 also has direct access out to the terraced garden, perfect for sneaking out to watch the sunrise.

The parking area is located 450 yards up the steep winding hill beside the cottage on the left side of the lane as it starts to level, and has room for two cars.

Pretty Mullion Cove is a short drive away.
The Cadgwith Cove Inn is a short walk away, good food and a warm friendly welcome awaits.

Kinsale is a pretty cottage in an amazing location. It also has one parking space right outside the cottage, which is a rarity in Cadgwith. We did mange to fit our SUV in it, when parked at the right angle! The views are lovely and it really is only a few steps from the cove and the harbour. The cottage was beautifully clean and the kitchen was well equipped. However, there is not enough space for 6 adults to sit comfortably in the lounge and it all feels in need of upgrading / refurbishing. We had mixed weather and didnt really find the cottage a comfortable place to relax in....

Website photo gives the impression that front room was large however in reality was tiny and could seat four people max despite it being a cottage for 6. This was deceptive.
