The farm is set in a gentle valley about a mile from the little town of Colyton.
Another newly created visitor attraction is the Seaton Wetlands - a peaceful nature reserve which attracts many species of birds.

You can visit the Seaton Wetlands any time but the bird hides are not open every day so do check.
The famous Seaton Tramway is a must! There is a station in Colyton and the route along the Axe Valley is beautiful.
Seaton has a pretty harbour as well as the long pebbled beach.
The coastal town of Seaton is just a few miles away. This is the brand new Jurassic Visitor Centre - a great place to visit with young children.

A simply perfect cottage, clean, homely and very comfortable. Very well equipped and the little touches like the fresh flowers on the table on arrival was lovely. The setting on the farm was fantastic too, enjoyed listening to the cows and watching Leo the horse in the field! Beautiful scenery over the countryside and lovely peaceful location away from the busy seaside towns. We had a lovely week, sorry to have to come home!...

A great place to stay in the south east Devon area. Nearby beaches at Sidmouth, Lyme Regis and Exmouth are easy to get to and Budliegh Salterton is an unspoilt town.

We were a family of six people, 2 Grandparents, 2 sons and 2 Grandchildren, age ranges 11-74. Stable Tallet was perfect for us all and we had a really great holiday there. The cottage is beautiful with every home comfort a family could want, including the much used and enjoyed hot tub and shared games room. So nice to have beds already made up on arrival and plenty of towels provided. Fantastic, well fitted family kitchen diner and huge, comfortable lounge.
