What a fabulous property! We had a great stay. The owners were on hand for anything we needed, but also giving us our privacy. The property was clean, comfy and more than enough space for our multi generational stay. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Area was so lovely and rural and relaxing. We were central to places we wanted to visit. The owner even let the children meet the baby lambs. We will definitely be back, and this is one of the best Classic properties I have stayed in ...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lexhayne Mill. It was lovely to have the space for everyone to relax. The size of the place was fantastic and so near the lake was great it was a lovely setting. Seeing the sheep so near was interesting. Our dogs enjoyed the outside space to run safely. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. We were a family of eleven adults and baby Zach. It was nice to be greeted by the owners Joan and Simon, who showed us around and explained how to work the hot tub. Topping it of with a lovely surprise of homemade scones, jam and cream, together with a bottle of wine. A grateful start to our stay. We would thoroughly recommend Lexhayne Mill to friends and look forward to returning again in the future....

A lovely large house with plenty of space for our family of 13 - 7 bedrooms - 4 good size with en-suite for the adults - the other 3 were very suitable for the children to share. Large dining tables both inside and outside seated us all. The paved area to hot tub make access easy. Lovely outside area with great views. Very welcoming and friendly owners made the holiday one to remember....

What a stunning property! So well looked after, the kitchen was the most perfect place for family gatherings. The gardens and hot tub are beautifully maintained. This large spacious house has everything you need for a fabulous week. The BBQ and outside eating area is amazing and the hot tub was a real treat, we enjoyed relaxing in the evenings sat outside with a glass of wine watching the starry sky and milky way! The house is spotlessly clean, really comfy beds. A huge lounge that made a great cinema room for the children in the evening! The local area is great, the kids really loved the tram ride into Seaton. The boys went sea fishing and we had a BBQ fish feast for dinner! Evening paddle boarding at Lyme Regis watching the sun go down was another highlight. I would highly recommend this house, the owners were so lovely and gave us some good tips for days out. Upon arrival they had left us some delicious treats! Thank you for a wonderful week, we will be back! Xx...
