The barn was the best place we've ever stayed in, everything was just perfect! The furnishings were so so comfortable and top quality, we had absolutely everything we needed in all of the rooms and didn't want to leave! Kevin was so welcoming and helpful and we loved having little Lily on our first morning to relax with in the barn. The area was stunning and perfect for walks, runs, the hills, the sea and the nearby towns were all beautiful, we love Devon!...

A truly relaxing week spent at Larch Barn. Enjoyed the welcome hamper including Prosecco and scrummy West Country Crunchy Ginger biscuits. Very comfortable beds. Good en suite facilities with walk in shower + bath and atmospheric log burner. Star gazing from expansive terrace a must. Sidmouth and all of East Devon easily accessible including Donkey Sanctuary, Seaton Tramway and River Cottage etc. Week passed too quickly - highly recommended....

Wonderful accommodation, above and beyond. Loved sitting on the decking as the sun went down listening to the bird song... even though we were in our coats and hats!
