Marnylunn has the most wonderful location on the tranquil Cornish coast.
The main bedroom has the most incredible view over the creek and out to sea (bedroom 1).
Looking back at Marnylunn, you can see the main house with the annexe behind.
Flushing Cove is only moments from the house.
The sitting-room is steeped in luxury, large windows overlook the pool, garden and sea beyond.
Relax on the sun loungers with a chilled glass of wine, you are on holiday after all.

The pretty kitchen has all you might need including a Nespresso machine.
A fabulous drinks station including a wine fridge is set between the dining-room and kitchen.

Steps lead straight out to the pool area from your bedroom.
The main bedroom has a luxurious super-king bed an en suite bathroom.

This beautiful bedroom looks out over the pool, open the door and step down and then jump straight in the pool (bedroom 2).
Each bedroom has its own individual stamp and of course for the extra luxury their own hair-dryer too.

This bedroom is tucked away and has 'zip and link' beds which can also be a super-king (bedroom 3).

The garden room is the perfect place to let your creative juices flow, perhaps paint the landscape or get into a good book.
Ahh bliss, your own little hideaway. Beach towels can be found in the basket in the hallway. If you don’t bring your own beach towels, please help yourselves but make sure the towels are washed, dried and replaced in the basket before you leave.
The large garden has fruit cages, a veg bed and lots of unusual mature plants.

The annexe is on the first floor, set above the garage (that is not in use), where you will find a super-king 'zip and link bed' that can be made up as twins if preferred, sitting/dining-room and kitchenette.
There is plenty of space for two in the annexe, or a perfect den for the teenagers.
Enjoy breakfast with a view from the annexe too.
Sit back and relax in the annexe with a quiet breakfast at the start of the day.

The outdoor heated pool is heated from 1st May - end of October. Please take care around the unfenced pool.

Beautiful house and grounds,peace and tranquility,with a lovely swimming pool to entertain everybody,owner and housekeeper and maintenance guy were all really nice too,friendly.Cove a short walk away from the house.Be prepared for narrow lanes for at least 8 miles to get to the property.Tescos and Sainsburys will deliver....

Marnylunn is a wonderful accommodation - adaptable for a variety of needs with the added annex. The owner and housekeeper couldn't have been more accommodating. Such a wonderful part of the Cornish South coast bringing River meets Sea together with wonderful walks and just perfect for messing about in boats - whether in the cove/river or further out to sea. Easy boat and canoe hire available right on your doorstep and well worth doing. Such a beautiful house and gardens with a lovely heated pool. Hope to be back again for future visits! Many thanks!...

We have just returned from a wonderful week at Marnylunn, this home is stunning inside and out. The furnishing inside are top quality and comfortable and the grounds outside are amazing with the views and heated pool being the cherry on the cake, even though we stayed in July being heated was a welcome asset thanks to the great British summer weather !
