We would definitely like to stay again. The cottage, Mount Edgecumbe Park and the local area are beautiful and our visits to Plymouth via the various ferries were great fun!

We had a fantastic stay at Lady Emma’s Cottage. It’s a gorgeous location and house. The kitchen is well equipped and we appreciated the bottle of fizz and milk in the fridge and wood for the wood burner. We did take most food with us for breakfasts and evening meals as it’s pretty remote to drive out in the evenings.Hello Fresh type meal kits made is easy for us. Lots of places to explore around Mount Edgecumbe. The Farriers at the Barrow Centre and Orangery cafe are great for lunches and gardens are beautiful. Crossing to Royal William Yard with the Cremyll Ferry was fun and we loved visiting Kingsand and Cawsand. We were lucky with the weather and I enjoyed sea swims at Cawsand and the Bay restaurant. ...

We have just got back from the most wonderful stay with our two teenage daughters and dog. Everyone loved the cottage and its location. It was a wet, windy and wild week; the hot tub was very welcome, the view spectacular, and the sounds of the wind and the waves wonderful. We went on some beautiful coastal walks, explored the local pub (20 min walk) and many of the villages (driving). It is isolated, so the road down to the house was muddy/slippery due to the constant rain, but it didn't ruin anything; it's just something to be mindful of. All in all, a wonderful, relaxing, and away-from-everything break. I really hope we get to come back, perhaps in the spring this time!...

It was great to see how much you enjoyed your stay at Lady Emma's Cottage, especially the woodland location and astonishing views across Plymouth Sound. We're so pleased you had such a good time despite the exceptionally wet weather and having to drive carefully to accommodate this. How wonderful to be immersed in the environment with all the sounds of the sea and high winds. We're delighted you are planning to return in the Spring. Sarah, Customer Support...

Wonderful location and great property for those who like to be literally off the beaten track. The track being the southern coastal path.

The arrival was an experience as we did miss 1 of our turnings, signage was there but could be made more visible to the cottage. What a week though such an amazing place, Edgcumbe Park has so much to see and the gardens are simply amazing, most is wheelchair accessible, they do have a tramper available to book but you need to do in advance as they only have the 1 to hire. I would highly recommend if you enjoy the peace and quieter side of life, there are so many places to visit within a short drive. You can get to the sea from the cottage via a trail down the track Fantastic cottage and very out the way from it all ...
