Meadowsweet is a detached granite barn, which sits in a beautiful rural setting just outside the small village of Lanlivery. Two steps lead up into the living-room, with its polished wood floors and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen-area is fitted in pine and there is an attractive double bedroom and a shower-room. Outside, steps lead to the rear lawn, and there is a gravelled patio to the front.
Both Meadowsweet and its neighbour Cowslip 1431 look towards the Luxulyan Valley, a woodland landscape in a designated World Heritage Site. The only other neighbours you may encounter are the owners, who farm the surrounding fields. Meadowsweet is the slightly larger of the two compact barns, being comfortably furnished and situated on the right, with Cowslip 1431 tucked neatly to the left. There is a low granite wall separating the two and hedges sheltering them both.
