Reputed to be one of the sunniest places in Norfolk, Heacham is a large seaside village which became popular in the 1800's with the arrival of the local railway line. Today, the village has a good selection of shops, traditional seaside arcades and easy access to the beach.

Dating back to the 1600's, The Mariner Inn is a charming village pub with characterful interiors and views across The Wash and beyond. Outside there is a lovely terrace and decked lawns which lead to the sand dunes and sea, the perfect place for a drink with a view!

Beautiful outside seating and views over Old Hunstanton. Our grandchildren loved it and the Dune Taco and Pizza bar was amazing 🤩

Lovely pub, great food and the staff are very friendly, we went back 3 times in our weeks visit and were not disappointed.
Known locally as Hunston, Hunstanton is a delightful Victorian town with well kept esplanade gardens and famous red and white stripped cliffs. With pony rides, amusements, a summer season theatre and sandy beach, there is something for everyone here!

Hunstanton Old Beach can be found by the charming village of Old Hunstanton, a short distance from the main town. Here you'll find a sandy beach, backed by dunes and striped cliffs. Usually quiet, this beach is ideal for families and is dog friendly year round.

Great kite surfing
It was brilliant to watch the kite surfing, on a windy June day.
A charming beach side cafe offering a selection of hot and cold home made food, drinks and snacks, perfect for a picnic. There's outside and inside seating and dogs are welcome.

Amazing coffee, cake and food. Great friendly service, highly recommend.
Centrally located in Heacham. The Bushel and Strike is a traditional village inn with a large beer garden for summer months. Food is freshly prepared and it is adviseable to book a table.
