Overlooking Morecambe Bay, Silverdale beach is sandy with a good number of rock pools to explore. Good for walkers and families, dogs are also allowed year round. Please note the tides can be fast with muddy areas so it is adviseable to stay close to shore. There is parking nearby and a cafe and toilets in the village.

Take a stroll to Ingleborough Cave along the Estate Nature Trail which takes you through pretty woodland, a lake and along a steep river valley. This gorgeous valley is the gateway to Trow Gill gorge and Gaping Gill. So, pull on your walking boots and off you go!
