What a view! The most perfect seascape vistas will be found from this pretty apartment in the heart of the traditional seaside village of Seaview. This quirky home-from-home is the ideal space for friends and family to base themselves from whilst exploring this beautiful corner of the Island.

Entering from the first floor communal hallway you will find a bunk room - great for kids - along with a handy WC. A few steps lead to the family bathroom and another small flight of stairs takes you to the kitchen. Here the chef of the group will be able to whip up some holiday treats. Along the corridor are the second and third bedrooms, the second bedroom overlooks the bay and the Solent - a fabulous view when you throw open the curtains in the morning. The third bedroom faces the front of the building and has a comfy bed to enjoy. Both bedrooms benefit from cosy goose down duvets.

At the end of the corridor the apartment opens up into a bright living space, the living area again shares the spectacular views of the sea and for those chillier nights there is a wood-burner. The dining-table has plenty of room for guests to enjoy some memorable holiday meals - a great space to share stories after a day's adventures. If you need to catch up on some emails there is a handy desk area - try not to get distracted by more of those views from the window.

A curved staircase - please be careful and use the rope handrail - leads to the last bedroom. This room again benefits from the views over the village and sea beyond; the window seat is the best place to enjoy these from. Please mind your head in this room as there is limited head height.

The most enviable spot in this apartment is found up the last flight of steps - these are very steep and narrow - however the climb is more than worth the effort. From here you can see for miles, spend those summer days and evenings soaking up the views and sun from the roof terrace or from the comfort of the sun-room with the doors pushed back. In the cooler months sit back and watch the changing of the weather or the night sky, a lovely way to end the day.

This holiday home sits right in the heart of Seaview Village. Mere steps from your front door you will find a busy little yacht club, the Old Fort pub and of course the glorious seafront. Rockpools and sandy beaches feature along this area of coastline, indeed something for everyone.

Along the charming high street is the Seaview Hotel with both a relaxed pub and an award-winning restaurant for fine dining. Seaview also has a lovely cafe, a Post Office, pharmacy and several other interesting shops. The latest addition to the high street is a well-run and nicely stocked community shop. For more shopping Ryde is about a 10 minute car ride away. From this location you are well placed to not only enjoy Seaview but explore the entire Island.

The Isle of Wight is a fabulous place for a holiday and from the moment you step onto the ferry across the Solent the adventure begins. Visit Yarmouth for a walk along the wooden pier and an eclectic range of shops, cafes and restaurants including Yarmouth Deli where you can stock up on holiday treats. Further afield, the iconic Needles is worth a visit and if you are feeling brave you can take the famous chairlift down to the beach below. With miles of fabulous coastal walks, woodlands and sandy beaches, the Isle of Wight is somewhere you will look to return to year after year.
