Situated in an elevated position, Plas Hufen offers magnificent views over the countryside and as far as the eye can see to the mountains of Snowdonia. Just a short drive from Hell's Mouth Beach, Aberdaron and Abersoch, this property is a great base for families and friends keen to explore this magical corner of Wales from a central location.

The entrance porch leads you into a spacious kitchen/dining-room with under-floor heating throughout. The well-equipped solid oak kitchen is great for gathering everyone together for meals, with a dual fuel range and everything you could need for preparing feasts. Adjacent you'll find a single ground floor bedroom. Also, off the kitchen there is a well-equipped utility-room and downstairs shower-room with WC. Through the kitchen to the sitting-room, there is a solid wood floor, original beams and a large stone inglenook fireplace with gas stove.

Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor, which is carpeted throughout, with three spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom. One bedroom has a king-size double bed, another has triple single beds, which children will love, and the final bedroom has a double bed, all are comfortably furnished. The expansive garden spans over an acre, including a lawn with football goal posts, a meandering wooded bank with footpaths and an extensive front patio, complete with a delightful, covered seating-area perfect for enchanting outdoor evenings, complemented by a grand fire-pit.

Explore the stunning coastal landscapes of the Llyn Peninsula with pristine beaches at Aberdaron, Abersoch, Whistling Sands and Porth Ysgo. Engage in water sports, take boat trips to Bardsey Island and enjoy the scenic coastal path with breathtaking views of the Irish Sea and Cardigan Bay.

In Aberdaron, experience Welsh culture at the National Trust Visitor Centre and relax on the sandy beach. Rhiw, close to the cottage, offers enchanting landscapes and Plas yn Rhiw is a National Trust manor house with beautiful gardens. Explore Mynydd Rhiw for panoramic views and a little further afield visit Nant Gwrtheyrn, a former slate mining village for its unique history.
