Accessed straight from Pier Road in the heart of the village, this spacious, stylish apartment offers a practical open plan design perfect for family get-togethers or group of friends. Sleeping four, Lower Buoys is the ideal base for creating those special holiday moments sharing a meal, playing board games or simply planning wonderful days out on this special Island. The addition of a lovely courtyard means you can sit with a glass of wine and some incredible island produce, you have everything you could want on your holiday.
The front door enters onto a large open plan space flooded with natural light and consists of a sitting-area with comfy sofas, decorated in light neutral shades. The fully equipped kitchen and dining-area have all the holiday chef needs or why not try one of the many restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. Take a right from your front door to the village centre and the lovely sandy beaches are perfect for swimming, crabbing and an ideal launch platform for boats and water sports. The renowned Seaview Yacht Club is situated on the seafront where they offer sailing lessons for all ages (membership rules apply).
Take a left and you are equally a few minutes from Seagrove Bay possibly the most popular beach in the area, with picturesque tree-lined Priory Bay just around the corner. Seaview village boasts a couple of lovely pubs and restaurants, The Old Fort is located on the seafront where you can savour some local seafood while looking out to the Solent Forts.
