SingleA warm island welcome awaits at "Sanderling" a beautiful three bedroom home within a few minutes' walk of the beach and Seaview village, with the added bonus of a mature garden with outdoor seating. The owners have renovated throughout in 2023 to an excellent standard making the property a very inviting place to stay for your Island holiday.
The open plan kitchen and dining area, with a sitting area too, has a warm sociable feel. Doors lead out to the charming well established garden and the covered patio area with a large dining-table and chairs. The owners are keen gardeners and have made the garden a delight for guests to enjoy, whether it's relaxing with a good book or dining al fresco in the Island's sunshine. Fully enclosed, this is also a safe place for your four-legged friend.
The sitting-room has comfortable sofas to sit back and relax in, the perfect spot to plan your days ahead and a great place to stay whatever the weather. The main bedroom, with en suite shower-room, is very spacious and has a large bay window to the front letting the light flood in, a lovely way to start the day. There is a further family bathroom, and the two additional bedrooms, a double and a single, are both well appointed and comfortable.
Just a few minutes' walk takes you to the beach and Seaview village, you can start the day with a visit to Lily's Cafe for breakfast perhaps or just a coffee and slice of cake. Open all day and all year round it serves fresh food using a good selection of Island produce. There are several other places to dine out including The Seaview Hotel and The Old Fort pub. Both have outdoor seating areas with stunning views across the Solent, watch the boats sail by whilst dining, including the cruise ships heading out of Southampton.
