Located in a row of similar properties, Seaside Stories is in a tucked away location but within an easy stroll of the cafes, galleries and coffee shops overlooking the beach. With plenty of room for all on the wide, sandy beach and great views over the Atlantic, this hidden gem is the perfect spot for adventurers and sun-worshippers alike.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious sitting-room, stylishly furnished in blue and grey hues to match the seaside location. There's a fabulous wood-burner to keep you warm during cooler months and the Smart TV will provide the entertainment. The kitchen/diner is ideal for sociable mealtimes with floor to ceiling windows to let the Cornish light flood in. There is also a handy WC and wash-basin on this floor.

Upstairs to the first floor where you will find two pretty bedrooms and the family bathroom. Bedroom one has a comfy king-size bed for a restful night's sleep and bedroom two has twin beds, ideal for either children or adults. The family bathroom has a small P-shaped bath and a fitted shower, great for rinsing salty toes!

Outside to the front you will find a lawned area with a small sitting area, and to the rear a secluded patio with garden furniture, the ideal spot for al fresco dining. Car parking space and garage suitable for a small car are just outside the fenced area to the rear, so nice and handy.

From the moment you arrive here you will find all you need close at hand, indeed with cafes, shops and the beach a short walk away you may decide never to take your car out. If you do decide to travel further afield then you are perfectly placed for exploring the dramatic coast of north Cornwall and beautiful inland countryside.

Cyclists and walkers should head for the Bissoe Trail which runs from Devoran in the south to the north coast, with fabulous scenery, historic tin mines and stunning coastal views along the way. Conveniently, Portreath is the start point (or end depending on your choice) so you can quite literally start your ride from the door. Surfers heading for the Atlantic waves can head for the local beach or to the miles of stunning beaches around Gwithian and Hayle, so many choices!

Just a short drive away, St Agnes is a rather special village with a lovely collection of coffee shops and restaurants, oh and of course not forgetting another beautiful beach. Further afield St Ives is simply stunning, with pretty cobbled streets, a myriad of eclectic shops and the Tate Gallery with a fabulous cafe overlooking Porthmeor beach. On the south coast the maritime town of Falmouth is worth a visit to see the picturesque harbour and perhaps pick up a passenger ferry to the Roseland peninsula.

Whether you plan to spend your days enjoying the delights of Portreath or explore further away, Seaside Stories is a great base for all your adventures.
