If you were looking for cottages like North Barn at Pickeridge, how about trying these:

North Barn at Pickeridge is the perfect abode for couples and families. It sits in a secluded location on a 120 acre working farm in a beautiful valley between Ardingly and West Hoathly. It makes the perfect setting for a rural getaway.

Recently converted, this modern eco-friendly barn has an open plan living/dining/sleeping space with a king-size double bed, dining-table, sofa and Smart TV making it a great space for everyone to enjoy. Stairs lead to a mezzanine floor where there are two single beds and space to unwind with a good book or play games.

There is a ground floor shower-room and a wonderful kitchen which has a large range oven and all you need to create those culinary delights.

Outside is a patio area and space for parking. There is also a fitness-room above the workshop which is shared with the owners and sometimes other guests staying at South Barn at Pickeridge. There is a rowing machine and yoga mats with blocks for general use and the Peloton bike (please bring your own shoes) and weights are available on request (used at own risk). This area is available on a rota basis. You can enjoy your workout whilst taking in the views over the surrounding countryside.

Directly next door is Pickeridge Barn (5216) and South Barn at Pickeridge (5211). Pickeridge Barn has a large living area/event space that is positioned between North Barn and South Barn and is perfect for guests wanting to host multi-family, multi-generational getaways or for friends to organise their own yoga, wellness and nature retreats. The owners can help guests find local chefs or yoga teachers for those wanting a celebration meal or some wellness activities for their holiday. These can be discussed and booked with the owner. If both North Barn and South Barn are booked together (Pickeridge Barn) the entire property can accommodate up to 14 guests.

In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (High Weald) the area is a paradise for walkers with a public footpath that runs through the farm which is part of the High Weald Landscape Trail where you can enjoy walks through meadows, ancient woodlands, and bluebell woods. You can also walk to local villages and the local pub, The Cat Inn or the Missing Link Brewery to sample some Sussex Ale.
