Ffion looks absolutely delightful sat amongst its rural surroundings, with beautifully weathered timber cladding and a corrugated roof protecting it from the elements. Step inside and you'll be greeted by a charming interior, ideal for cosy evenings with loved ones. A small but well-equipped kitchen sits to the right of the space, complete with a small oven, hob, toaster and kettle. Open the fabulous double doors and enjoy the crisp Welsh air as you prepare your favourite meal. A cosy dining-table provides the ideal spot to settle down and enjoy a warming supper as the sun dips below the horizon.
Electric heating keeps the hut nice and toasty in the winter months while the inviting double bed ensures you enjoy a great night's sleep with its plush cushions and snug bedding. Wake to the golden sunshine creeping in through the delightful windows and head over to the fantastic bathroom for a refreshing shower.
Outside, it's so easy to relax and simply watch the world go by. The countryside is full of birds in song, while badgers and foxes rustle through the undergrowth. A charcoal barbecue offers the perfect spot for al fresco dining in the evenings, while the rustic fire-pit is ideal for keeping you warm as you enjoy some stargazing with a glass or something special!
Ffion is only a stone's throw from the legendary Devil's Bridge and is perched at the helm, overlooking the stunning hillside, where you'll have a bird's eye view of the red kites circling in-flight. Don't forget your binoculars! From the doorstep enjoy spectacular walks with the 'Cambrian Way' trail only steps away, leading you past the magnificent Devil's Bridge Falls.
Take a leisurely stroll to the famous Hafod Hotel for delightful summer lunches shading under the fancy canopies or for a sumptuous candlelight dinner. Aberystwyth is only a short drive away! Why not plan a visit to this historical bustling seaside town, where there's something for everyone. Stroll along the impressive Victorian promenade or hire a deck chair and kick off your shoes, dig your toes into the sand and enjoy an ice-cream. The pretty town is spread around a variety of interesting streets that reflect its architecture and history since the Middle Ages. Browse the quaint independent shops and little foodie spots. Or venture further along the Cardigan coast to the pretty town of Aberaeron or Newquay for some dolphin watching.
