To make the most of the stunning sea vistas Beachside is reverse level, with two super bedrooms on the ground floor. The main bedroom has super comfy 'zip and link' beds so you can choose to have either a super-king size double or twin beds. A gorgeous bijou courtyard is just perfect for morning coffee for two and the en suite shower-room completes this lovely room. Bedroom one is a double bedded room, prettily furnished in nautical shades and with access to an en suite bathroom, which can also be entered from the hallway.

From the moment you step onboard the ferry across the Solent your holiday adventure begins. Ventnor sits on the most southerly tip of the Island and here you'll find a traditional seaside town built on steep slopes leading down to the sea. The town has a great selection of eateries and shops and a promenade running the length of the seafront, perfect for an evening stroll. Ventnor Botanic Gardens are beautifully kept and worth a visit year-round and The Royal Hotel serves a grand cream tea, the perfect holiday treat. Should you decide to dine at home, Ventnor Fisheries sells fish straight off the boat and you can shop in local farm shops for the freshest of Island produce to accompany your catch of the day.
Walkers should pull on their boots and follow the coast path to Steephill Cove, a gorgeous, secluded bay, only reached on foot. During high season, crab pasties are sold here, and they are reputed to be the best on the Island. Water sports enthusiasts should head for nearby Shanklin or Freshwater where paddle boarding and kayaking is a must. Travel further afield and spend the day at Osborne House, once the home of Queen Victoria and now beautifully looked after by English Heritage. The gardens are breathtaking and you can wander down to the private beach where Queen Victoria's beach hut is on display.
