Step over the threshold and into the gorgeous sitting-room complete with with comfy sofas for relaxing or to snuggle into after a busy beach day. Keep cosy with the stylish blue wood-burner, on those cooler days and evenings it will keep you all feeling toasty. The dining-room, also with a wood burner, is the ideal place to gather the troops to chat about the day ahead after cooking up a holiday feasst on the traditional Aga. The cottage kitchen is a cooks paradise with everything you need to cook for family and friends.

Climb the stairs and two delightful bedrooms await. The main bedroom has a double bed and the added benefit of an en suite shower-room. The twin bedroom is light and airy with two three-foot beds, ideal for either children or adults.

A separate study on the ground floor offers a quiet space if work comes calling and the family bathroom is also located here, perfect for a long soak after a busy day.

The icing on the cake has to be the gorgeous outside space at White Cottage where you will discover a fabulous spacious lawned area, decked walkway over a lovely pond and your very own bar! If you can bear to tear yourself away from your stunning garden, the centre of Ryde with eclectic shops, eateries and stunning beaches is just a short drive away, you really do have the perfect holiday location here.

East Wight has it all when it comes to holidays on the Isle of Wight. The centre of Ryde is close by and dining out is made easy with a vast array of restaurants and cafes to choose from. Ryde beach is renowned for its soft sand, Solent views and beachside cafes, with Puckpool park and the harbour also close by. Venture further afield and the traditional seaside village of Seaview with a choice of lovely beaches and eateries is a short drive away. The village of Bembridge is a little further along the coast and home to the last surviving windmill on the Island and also the iconic lifeboat station. The Needles should be on your 'to do list' and perhaps majestic Osborne House, home of Queen Victoria and beautifully looked after by English Heritage. With miles of footpaths to explore, woodlands, dramatic seascapes and coves, create your own holiday memories on the Isle of Wight.
