Bunk-bedsBayview is one of the most wonderful holiday homes. It boasts a unique location, and the house itself has everything you will need to create the perfect holiday for all occasions. This exceptionally grand property has been designed and equipped with great thought and vision to ensure that your stay here is full of fun, games, music and laughter. This beautiful detached house is complemented by its amazing vantage point and the stunning sea views which can be enjoyed from the living area and several bedrooms.
The space and grandeur this house offers are magnificent, along with a large garden and decked seating area, which makes sparking up the barbecue and dining al fresco a real treat whilst the younger members of the party let off steam.
As if the above is not enough to make this the ideal holiday destination, Bayview is centrally located offering you several famous attractions and towns within striking distance, especially as the link road to all destinations and hot spots runs in close proximity to the house. Venturing out and about with ease is the key to a smooth and relaxing holiday!
Sandy beaches, adventure hot spots and one of the most beautiful stretches of the south Devon coast are at your disposal and within minutes away. Bayview is the perfect family-friendly house, equipped to the highest of standards and located in a spot which places the whole of Torbay at your disposal. Some truly magical holiday memories await!
Bayview is nestled on the outskirts of Paignton, just minutes from Brixham, Dartmouth and Kingswear. Located perfectly to offer both amazing sea views and easily accessible links to attractions and places such as Agatha Christie's Greenway House and Greenway Quay, which is where you can take a ferry boat to several equally sought-after locations such as Dittisham, Dartmouth and Totnes. Or take a short car drive to the famous fishing town of Brixham to visit the Golden Hind and enjoy a fabulous helping of cafes, bistros, pubs and delightful restaurants. However, you can't take a trip to Brixham without testing your crabbing skills against the most cunning crabs in the south west - good luck!
Family fun can be found in abundance in all directions. You are within striking distance of several sandy beaches - Broadsands beach offers endless golden sand and a charming cafe, making this a great day out in the sun, especially as it's only five minutes away by car. So, sit back and relax whilst the younger members of the group paddle, rockpool and play safely in this fabulous spot.
Or perhaps a little more action is required for the adrenalin junkies of the group, if so Blackpool Sands beach on the other side of Dartmouth is just the ticket. You can try your hand at a spot of kayaking, or maybe even paddle boarding. With all equipment supplied on the beach (for a small charge) it makes for a fun day out for the whole group. Why not finish the perfect day with a spot of food in the licensed Venus Beach Cafe - sounds great doesn't it?
The nearby villages and towns offer the very best in amusements and attractions, complemented by some extremely delectable and award-winning pubs, cafes and restaurants. For seafood lovers the Anchorstone Cafe in Dittisham is the place to go, or perhaps a more traditional fish and chips dish from Mitch Tonks Rockfish restaurant in Dartmouth is on your to do list. Whichever direction you choose to head in, you will be truly spoilt.
This fabulously friendly house, located in one of the most incredible spots, provides the ideal venue for any special occasion. You and your party cannot fail to have a magical time at Bayview, you won't want to leave!
