If you are looking for a room with a view, well stop and look no further, this one is out to impress. Tucked away down a quiet country lane, in an area of the most outstanding natural beauty and with breathtaking panoramic coastal views that will captivate you from sunrise to sunset, Mount Pleasant is waiting to welcome seven lucky guests to its stunning and most enviable location where magical holiday memories are sure to be made.

From sunny barbecues on the terrace, lounging on the decking or family fun in the garden, you'll soak up the setting. Step inside this delightful home-from-home and not only is the view on display from most of the rooms but the talented and very caring owner, who clearly has an eye for detail and design, has created a wonderful interior complementing the setting with the most gorgeous linens, soft furnishings and decor.

Cook up holiday breakfasts together in the cottage-style kitchen and we are sure you will linger a little longer at the dining-table whilst you enjoy yet more of the view. Step down into the beautiful sitting-room designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, and the window seat surely has to be the best seat in the house.

Bedroom one is on the ground floor, a boutique-style bedroom with a super comfy king-size bed, exposed beams and stonework and gorgeous scallop shell wallpaper. Next to this bedroom you'll find the wet-room, an ideal set up for those who are a little less mobile or simply want a bit more privacy.

Climb the stairs to the family bathroom and three further bedrooms (one with an en suite shower-room), all beautifully presented to create an oasis of calm and relaxation and ensure the best night's sleep after all that sea air.

The garden is a delight with a choice of places for you to sit out and enjoy the surroundings and peace and tranquillity of this very special place. In the garden you'll find the little barn, complete with toasty wood-burner. Lay up the table, switch on the fairy lights and have a magical meal together, or simply escape there to curl up on the sofa with a good holiday read.

Babes in arms up to six months are welcome at Mount Pleasant. The property also has a charging point for Electric cars.

Set close to the tiny hamlet of Treligga on a most beautiful stretch of coastline, coastal walks are a must. In summer head out to enjoy long sunny days swimming and surfing at Trebarwith or Tregardock and on cooler days wrap up warm for a winter hike to Tintagel and reward yourself with a delicious hot chocolate in front of the toasty wood-burner on your return.

A trip to the charming fishing village of Port Isaac will delight lovers of Doc Martin and The Fisherman's Friends and if you time it right, you might catch them singing their sea shanties on the quay. Foodies can indulge in not one but two Nathan Outlaw restaurants and for some fun-filled adventures join Cornish Rock Tors to try your hand at coasteering, sea kayaking or paddle boarding.

Wadebridge is a vibrant town with independent shops, a charming little cinema and the place to hire bikes to cycle along the Camel Trail heading inland to Bodmin or out to the coast to the foodie capital of Cornwall, Padstow and the historic Houses and Gardens of Pencarrow and Lanhydrock certainly put on an impressive show.
