Spread over four floors the open plan living-room is on the first floor, there are two double bedrooms on the second floor and a spacious family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath in which to relax after those long coastal walks. The third bedroom with its own en suite shower-room is on the third floor and can be made up as a super-king or twin room.
There is plenty to do without needing to move the car; take a leisurely walk into Mevagissey and enjoy exploring the cafes and craft shops, in the evening there are a good selection of characterful pubs and restaurants to choose from many of which have an excellent reputation for serving quality food using local produce.
Walk the scenic coast path or catch the ferry and head across the bay to explore the yachting town of Fowey, you might even be accompanied by dolphins on the way! For the fishermen amongst you why not head out to sea on one of the local boats and bring home your catch for supper. If you fancy a day on the beach then head to Caerhayes, Portmellon or Pentewan - all are a short drive away where you can hire a kayak, explore the rockpools or just laze on the beach and enjoy lunch at one of the beachside cafes. Children will love to use the nearby playground at the beginning and end of the days activities.
The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a lovely walk up the valley from 11 The Net Lofts and a must for garden enthusiasts and the world-famous Eden Project a twenty-minute drive away is also well worth a visit with its rain forest biomes. Stop off at the historic port of Charlestown on your way back to see the harbour is featured in the BBC's Poldark series.
