The French doors open to the large patio with outdoor seating and gorgeous garden beyond. Hours can be spent enjoying a good book and a pot of tea while soaking up the Islands sunshine in the garden of Culver View.
All four of the bedrooms are on the first floor each with en suite shower-rooms, the ideal property for those wanting their own space. Three of the bedrooms are king-sized doubles and the fourth is a twin. There is parking for three cars to the front of Culver view.
St Helens is on the eastern side of the Isle of Wight and has developed around the village Green. A short distance from the coast it is approximately a 15 minute walk down to St Helens Duver. A Duver just exists in Isle of Wight dialect, and means a low-lying piece of land along the coast, we have several Duvers, St Helens and Seaview. The St Helens Duver was once the home to the Island's first golf course but is now a wonderful place to walk in amongst the sand dunes and savour the delights of the Baywatch beach cafe before a dip in the sea.
St Helens has a general store, a pub and several restaurants all within a short walk from the house. The neighbouring village of Bembridge is a short drive away or if you are feeling energetic a level walk along Bembridge Harbour which would take approximately half an hour. Bembridge has a good selection of independent shops including a butcher, bakery and fishmonger. Also, home to a good choice of pubs and cafes to sample on your travels.
The choice of beaches around the coastline of the Island will amaze you, from shingle to white sand and everything in between. Enjoy some coastal walks with stunning scenery all around the Island and sample the many pubs and restaurants promoting locally-sourced produce. The beauty of the Island is nothing is too far away, so find your favourite spot and enjoy.
