With views across the creek from both the garden and the first floor balcony, Myrtle Dene is a charming holiday home. Situated midway between Ryde and Newport, Wootton Creek is a great central location within easy reach of everything on the Island, with many pubs and restaurants to choose from just a short easy drive away. To the south of Wootton Bridge is Firestone Copse, around 30 acres of woodland, with a picnic area and a plethora of woodland walks to enjoy at any time of the year.

Both of the bedrooms are on the ground floor, a bunk bedroom and a double. Doors lead out from the double room to the patio and garden with the creek beyond. The garden is fenced so therefore safe for younger ones and there is no access to the creek directly from the garden, however it is just a short walk away. Outdoor sofas are on the patio for you to sit back and relax with a glass of wine in the Island sunshine and enjoy the views. The garden is a good size, mainly lawn, with plenty of space for the kids to enjoy.

The first floor is open plan with a modern kitchen, dining-table and a large corner sofa perfectly placed to look out over the balcony and creek. With a bistro table and chairs, start your day with a coffee on the balcony while admiring the views. The kitchen has everything you need and there is plenty of space for four to dine comfortably while you plan your day.

Wootton town itself is well serviced with a Tesco metro, a fish and chip shop and ladies clothing store to name a few. Just a short walk from Myrtle Dean is Cibo, a Mediterranean cafe, eatery and bar located in the high street. The perfect pit stop for a coffee and slice of cake or for treating yourself to an evening meal with just a short stroll home. They also do a takeaway service if you fancy eating in the comfort of Myrtle Dene.

The Isle of Wight has a wonderfully varied landscape. Over on the west coast it is less populated and has some of the most dramatic coastline to be savoured, of course the well-known Needles are located here. There are some wonderful coastline paths and stunning beaches to explore around the whole Island, along with many pubs both in rural and seafront locations. The Island has so much to offer for all the family all year round.
